Find it
Utfix starts with a read-only appraisal. It checks the supported parts of your Shopify setup and connected services without changing anything.
That can include problems with Shopify Markets, shipping and live rates, product and variant availability, pricing and profitability, catalogue and product metadata, identifiers, product attributes, sales-channel readiness, and issues that can stop or weaken product publication to Google, Facebook, Shop and other supported channels.
It also checks for differences between what Shopify says, what connected services report and what the merchant actually expects to be happening.
Understand it
Findings are explained in plain English and classified as Needs fixing, Your choice, Checked and safe, or Worth watching. If something cannot be checked, Utfix tells you why instead of guessing.
Where possible, Utfix also shows the evidence behind the finding so you can see why it reached that conclusion.
Approve it
Before any live repair, Utfix shows you what it proposes to change, what it expects to happen, the Credit cost where applicable, and any important rollback information. You decide whether to proceed.
Fix it
Approved repairs are carried out only within the scope you authorised. If the live state has changed, required evidence is missing, a permission is unavailable, or continuing would be unreliable, Utfix stops rather than silently expanding the job.
Verify it
A repair is not treated as successful simply because Shopify or another connected service accepted it. Utfix performs a fresh authoritative reread and reports success only when the expected change is confirmed.
Keep watch — optional
With Utfix Monitoring active, relevant changes can trigger targeted checks so new problems can be identified without waiting for another full appraisal.
Coverage depends on your store, permissions, connected providers and the evidence those providers make available.
